Terms and Conditions for Geeks On Repair Unlimited Online Repair Plans: By subscribing to our Unlimited Online Repair Plan, you agree to the following: The plan operates on a month-to-month basis and will automatically renew every 30 days, with your card on file being charged the same amount until you contact us to cancel. Cancellation requires an active request by calling 1-800-556-0177. The plan remains in effect until cancellation is processed. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes for payments related to unused days or months of service. If you cancel the plan, you will not be eligible to re-enroll in the same Unlimited Online Repair Plan for a period of six (6) months from the date of cancellation. The Unlimited Online Repair Plan covers software and program-related issues only and does not include hardware repairs. If you cancel this plan, you will be ineligible to re-enroll for six (6) months.
As a plan member, you receive discounted onsite service at $25 per 15 minutes for any hardware or other issues that cannot be resolved remotely, instead of our standard hourly rate charged to non-members.
